PromptStack ("we," "us," "our") provides this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website and application (the "Service").
Information We Collect
- Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and authentication details, processed through our authentication and billing provider, tiun.
- Content you create: Projects, tasks, bugs, launches, prompts, and any other content you add to the Service ("User Content"), stored in our database provider, Supabase.
- Payment information: Subscription and billing details are handled entirely by tiun, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. We do not directly collect or store your full payment card details.
- Usage data: We collect basic analytics about how you use the Service (e.g. pages visited, features used, session activity) via tiun's built-in analytics, to help us understand and improve the product.
- Device/technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information, collected automatically for security and troubleshooting purposes.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Process your subscription and manage billing (via tiun)
- Authenticate your account and keep it secure
- Respond to support requests
- Improve the Service based on usage patterns
- Communicate with you about updates, security notices, or changes to this policy
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
How We Share Your Information
We share information only as necessary with:
- tiun — for authentication, billing/payment processing, and analytics
- Supabase — for application data storage
- Service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g. hosting, email delivery), bound by confidentiality obligations
- Legal authorities, if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, users, or the public
Data Storage and Security
Your account, authentication, and billing data is processed by tiun, which is hosted in the European Union and designed to meet GDPR requirements. Your application content (projects, tasks, bugs, launches, prompts) is stored via Supabase with Row Level Security enforced, meaning only you can access your own data at the database level.
We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and User Content within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Export your data in a portable format
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies (via tiun) for authentication, session management, and basic analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect the Service's functionality.
International Users
Our authentication and billing infrastructure (tiun) is hosted in the European Union. If you access the Service from outside the EU, your information may be transferred to and processed in the EU.
Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
