Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name and email address through our authentication provider, Supabase, including information provided by Google if you choose to sign in with your Google account.

Content you create: Projects, tasks, bugs, launches, prompts, uploaded screenshots, and any other content you add to the Service ("User Content"), stored with Supabase.

Prompts you choose to optimize: When you use the Prompt Optimizer, the text of that prompt is sent to Google's Gemini API to generate suggestions. Only the prompt you choose to optimize is sent, not your other projects or data.

Payment information: Subscriptions and billing are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full payment card details.

Creative Suite waitlist: If you join the waitlist, we keep the email address you enter, and link it to your account if you're signed in. We use it only to tell you when the Creative Suite opens.

Usage data: We use Google Analytics to understand how the Service is used (for example, pages visited and general usage patterns).

Device and technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information, collected automatically by us and our hosting provider for security, performance, and troubleshooting.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Generate Prompt Optimizer suggestions when you request them
• Process subscriptions and billing
• Authenticate your account and keep it secure, including sending sign-up confirmation and password reset emails
• Respond to support requests
• Improve the Service based on usage patterns
• Communicate with you about updates, security notices, or changes to this policy
• Comply with legal obligations, including tax and financial recordkeeping

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Service providers we share information with

We share information only as needed to run the Service:

We may also disclose information to legal authorities if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.

4. AI processing (Prompt Optimizer)

The Prompt Optimizer is optional and only runs when you click Optimize. When you use it, the text of that one prompt is sent to Google's Gemini API. Nothing else is sent: not your name, email, other prompts, projects, or any other data.

We currently use Google's free tier of the Gemini API. Under Google's terms for the free tier, Google may use the prompts you submit and the suggestions it returns to provide, improve, and develop its products and services, and human reviewers at Google may read and annotate them. Google says it disconnects this data from our account and API key before human review. Google keeps this data under its own terms and privacy policy. If you're in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, Google applies its paid-tier data terms instead, so it doesn't use your prompts to improve its products.

Please don't optimize prompts containing passwords, API keys, personal information, or anything confidential. If we move to a paid tier where submitted content isn't used to improve Google's products, we'll update this policy.

For each optimization we record who used it, when, whether it worked, and how many tokens it used, so we can apply monthly limits and prevent abuse. We don't store a copy of the prompt as part of that record.

AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate or incomplete. You decide whether to accept them. We never overwrite your prompts without your confirmation.

5. Data storage and security

Your account and User Content are stored with Supabase, protected by row-level security so that only you can access your own data at the database level. Uploaded files are stored privately and accessed through temporary, signed links. Payment information is handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant.

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data retention

We keep your information while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data and User Content within 30 days, except where we must keep records by law (such as payment records for tax purposes). Records held by our service providers are subject to their own retention policies.

We keep waitlist emails until the Creative Suite opens and we've told you, or until you ask us to remove yours, whichever comes first.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

8. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, and analytics through Google Analytics. You can control cookies in your browser or use Google's analytics opt-out tools, though disabling some cookies may affect how the Service works.

9. International transfers

Our service providers may process and store data in countries other than your own, depending on their infrastructure. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred internationally.

10. Children's privacy

The Service is for people aged 18 and over. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe someone under 18 has given us personal information, contact us and we'll remove it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including when we add new features or service providers. We'll post the updated policy here, update the effective date above, and notify you of material changes. Our Terms of Service also apply to your use of the Service.
