Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service and able to agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at contact@renativestudio.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Plans and billing

• Plans, prices, and features are described on our pricing section and may change over time. Prices are in US dollars, and applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe, and by subscribing you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms. PromptStack is the seller of record and is responsible for the sale, applicable taxes, and customer service.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in Settings → Billing → Manage billing. You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• Promotional codes are subject to the conditions stated when offered and may be withdrawn at any time.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law (including under the Australian Consumer Law) or where we state otherwise. If you think you've been charged in error, email us at contact@renativestudio.com and we'll sort it out.
• We'll give existing subscribers reasonable notice before changing their price.

4. Your content

You own everything you create or upload ("User Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display it only as needed to provide the Service, including sending a prompt to our AI provider when you use the Prompt Optimizer. You're responsible for your User Content and confirm it doesn't break any law or infringe anyone's rights.

You can export all your data as Markdown and JSON at any time, on every plan, including Free.

5. AI features

AI-generated suggestions (such as Prompt Optimizer results) are provided as-is and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. Review them before relying on them. Don't submit passwords, API keys, personal information, or confidential material to AI features. The Prompt Optimizer sends the prompt you choose to optimize to Google Gemini; on Google's free tier, Google may use it to improve its products and people at Google may review it. AI features have monthly limits and rate limits, and you agree not to abuse or work around them. See our Privacy Policy for how AI processing works.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful
• Try to access other accounts, our systems, or data you're not authorized to access
• Disrupt or overload the Service, including abusing AI features or rate limits
• Upload malicious code or content that infringes others' rights
• Reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, features, branding, and code, belongs to us. These Terms don't give you rights to our name, logo, or branding.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on providers including Supabase (authentication and storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (account emails), Google Gemini (AI processing), Google Analytics (analytics), and Netlify (hosting). Their terms may also apply to your use. We choose providers carefully but aren't responsible for their acts or omissions.

9. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing contact@renativestudio.com. We may suspend or terminate access if you break these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Your data is then handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

We may change or discontinue features. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
