Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PromptStack (the "Service"), operated by Renative Studio ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using PromptStack, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the authority to agree to these Terms.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@renativestudio.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Plans, Free Tier, and Billing
PromptStack is offered on a free tier and on paid subscription plans. Current plans, pricing, and features are described on our pricing page and may change from time to time.
The Free plan requires no payment method, has no trial period, and does not expire. It applies usage limits (currently 1 project, 10 tasks, and 5 saved prompts) and does not include the Bugs or Launches modules. Paid plans are billed in advance each period from the date you subscribe.
All billing, payment processing, and subscription management is handled by our payment processor, tiun, who acts as the Merchant of Record for these transactions. By subscribing, you also agree to tiun's applicable terms for payment processing.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or via tiun's billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the Service ("User Content"), including projects, tasks, bugs, launches, and prompts. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your User Content solely as necessary to operate and provide the Service to you.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and confirm that it does not violate any law or infringe on any third party's rights.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Upload malicious code or content that infringes on others' intellectual property or privacy rights
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, branding, and underlying code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.
Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers, including tiun (authentication, billing, analytics) and Supabase (data storage). Your use of the Service is also subject to the applicable terms of these providers where relevant. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers, though we select and monitor them as part of operating the Service responsibly.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we will handle your data per our Privacy Policy.
Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date" above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
